This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used and disclosed by iSmartLife with respect to user’s access and use of our service through the application.

Information gathering and usage

When registering for iSmartLife we ask for information such as your name, profession, email address and phone number.

iSmartLife collects the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, and information submitted through voluntary activities such as site registrations. iSmartLife also collects aggregated, anonymous user data regarding app usage. The user data we collect is used to improve iSmartLife and the quality of our service. We only collect personal data that is required to provide our services, and we only store it insofar that it is necessary to deliver these services.

Your data

iSmartLife uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run iSmartLife. Although iSmartLife owns the code, databases, and all rights to the iSmartLife application, you retain all rights to your data. We will never share your personal data with a 3rd party without your prior authorization, and we will never sell data to 3rd parties.

Add your contact information to general contacts. If you set this flag in the user profile, the contact will be visible in the "General contacts". It will be visible to all users without registration.

Make business card open for viewing. If you set this flag in the user profile, then the business card will be available to users without registration.

Full control over the data. Everything you create you can delete: tasks, messages, contacts, goals, notes, budget, etc. You completely control your data.


All user data­­ including project names, task names, comments, uploaded files, account information­­ are sent using SSL/HTTPS secure channels with 128­bit, bank­standard encryption.

Account Access

We verify account access through both email/password­-based authentication and Google/Facebook Accounts authentication via Oauth 2.0.

Alternatively, Oauth provides a seamless way to create and access your account without iSmartLife ever needing to access or store your Google/Facebook log­in credentials.


We use cookies to store the intermediate information: filters, focus elements. If the cookies are disabled, then the application may not function correctly.
